Refund Policy

1. If you receive a WhatsApp notification or call, we consider the service completed. If you couldn't book, you must inform us to reactivate it for free.

2. Service cancellation is not possible after booking.

3. If more than one day passes without communication, your request will be considered completed successfully with appointment booked.

4. If you contact us after more than one day, we will request the confirmation number to verify no appointment exists.

5. Cities or dates cannot be changed after receiving a notification.

6. No refund for choosing dates outside periods, only modifications allowed.

7. If you modify the search period, the request cannot be cancelled or refunded.

8. No refund if you book an appointment without bot assistance, as the bot works without issues.

9. If we send you an appointment availability notification, the request becomes non-refundable but can be suspended or reactivated.

10. If we send you a link for modification fees and you delay, the request becomes non-refundable but can be suspended or reactivated.

11. If your request is transferred to a colleague, cancellation is not possible.

12. If you suspend the request, it becomes non-refundable but can still be used.

13. If booking is completed while request is suspended, cancellation is not possible.

14. If your appointment hasn't changed and your request is refundable, please notify us within 7 days to maintain refund eligibility.

15. If you subscribed with us and your request was non-modifiable at subscription time, cancellation is not possible. Please verify.

16. If we cannot find you an appointment at the requested time within any of the requested cities, you are entitled to a full refund.
